Ching-Yuan (Jonah) Chen is a Ph.D. student in electrical and computer engineering at Duke University. He received the B.S. (2015) in electrical engineering and M.S. (2017) in electronics engineering from NTU. He is currently working on reliability issues of artificial intelligence (AI) hardware and AI-aided electronic design automation. He was a research assistant at National Taiwan University (NTU) and a deep learning researcher at HTC Corp., Taiwan. Some representative projects include 1) cooperation with the municipal hospital to develop chatbot capable of medical diagnosis and 2) innovative reinforcement learning directed test program generation for integrated circuit testing. He was also a receiver of the merit scholarship during his study in NTU (2016).
