Paolo Pazzaglia is a PostDoc Researcher at University of Saarland, Department of Computer Science, Saarbrücken, Germany, in the group of Prof. Martina Maggio.
He was a PhD fellow at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, ReTiS Lab, Pisa (Italy), from October 2016 to March 2020 with the group of Prof. Marco Di Natale, and he received the PhD with honors in Emerging Digital Technologies (curriculum Embedded Systems) in July 2020.
In the semester October 2018 - March 2019 he was at the Automatic Control Department, Lund University (Sweden), as a a visiting PhD student working with Prof. Anton Cervin.
Previously, in July 2016 he achieved the Master Degree in Robotic and Automation Engineering at the University of Pisa (Italy).
His research merges Control Engineering and Real-Time Systems, with particular focus on: control/scheduling co-design; analysis, design and verification of control systems subject to temporal non-idealities; timing and communication optimization in embedded multicore platforms; advanced automotive applications.
