Torsten Reich
Torsten Reich received the Dipl.-Ing. and Dr.-Ing. degrees in Electrical
Engineering from the Ilmenau University of Technology, Ilmenau, Germany,
in 2002 and 2009, respectively. From 2002, he worked there as a scientific
assistant of the RSFQ design on superconducting electronics and magnetic
sensor systems.
In 2007, he joined the Microwave Characterization Laboratory at the
University of Savoie, France. From 2008 until 2011, he was with the Institute
of Microelectronic and Mechatronic Systems GmbH (IMMS) in Erfurt,
Germany, as analog IC designer and EDA scientist. Since 2011 he is member
of the Fraunhofer IIS/EAS, Dresden, Germany. From 2014 to 2020 he was
heading the Integrated Sensor Electronics group with focus on Mixed-Signal
design and analog design automation, where he is research assistant today.
