Alexandre Valentian
After an engineering degree and a doctorate in microelectronics, Alexandre Valentian joined CEA LETI in 2005. His past research activities have included technology / circuit co-optimization, the promotion of FDSOI technology (in particular through his participation in the SOI Academy), monolithic 3D technology and 3D integration technology, as well as non-volatile memory technologies. He is currently pursuing the development of bio-inspired circuits for AI, combining memory technology, information encoding and a learning method. Since 2020, he leads the Systems-on-Chip and Advanced Technologies (LSTA) laboratory.
Dr. Valentian has authored or co-authored 80 conference and journal papers.
