Chin-Fu Nien is currently a Postdoctoral Scholar in Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. He received the B.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Chiao Tung University (which is later renamed as National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in 2021), Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2017.
His research interests include: memristor-based computing-in-memory architectures; machine learning hardware accelerating chips and modeling of integrated power control circuit.
