Naima Ahmed Fahmi is a 3rd year doctoral student in Computer Science at University of Central Florida. She completed her undergraduate from Bangladesh and currently she is working under the supervision of Dr. Wei Zhang, Assistant Professor, University of Central Florida. Her research interests focus on different post transcriptional methods, like alternative splicing and alternative polyadenylation, as well as analyzing the effects of transcripts variance on different human diseases.
