Manoranjan Prasad received his B. Tech in Electronics Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi in 2011. Thereafter, he joined Qualcomm India Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore, as Hardware Application Engineer. His role and responsibility included developing board design methodology and guidelines for high speed baseband interfaces, optimizing PDN design of OEM boards to meet power delivery specifications, and work with cross-functional teams to address system level issues for designs based on Snapdragon chipset. In 2017, he joined Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore, where his role included converging SoC PDN design and optimizing for low-power mode operations and working on board and package power integrity. His current role is of System Power-Integrity Lead, where his responsibility is to optimize complete Power delivery of Board and Package design, along with defining Power gating strategy for SoC subsystems.
