Dr. Meng-Yi Wu is the director of R&D at PUFsecurity. His expertise lies in the technology development of embedded flash memory, OTP memory and physically unclonable functions (PUF) and their derivative security chip designs.
Prior to joining PUFsecurity, Dr. Wu spent ten years at eMemory. In 2018, his invention, NeoPUF, won the ISSCC Takuo Sugano Award. Dr. Wu currently leads the R&D department of PUFsecurity Corporation focusing on the development of PUF-based hardware root of trust, chip secure element and other security function products.
Dr. Wu graduated from National Tsing-Hua University (NTHU) with a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering. He holds over 200 worldwide patents and has published more than 10 technical papers.
