Xuan (Shaun) Hu is a fifth-year Electrical Engineering Ph.D. student at the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering & Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas. He received the B.S. degree in Electrical and Information Engineering in 2013 from Huaqiao University and the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2015 from Arizona State University. His current research focus is on circuit design and modeling of efficient logic and neuromorphic circuits composed of ambipolar carbon nanotubes, skyrmions, magnetic domain-wall devices, memristors, and multi-gate transistors.
