DescriptionTraditional electronic circuits and devices are fabricated in CMOS technology. The strict requirements of novel devices and applications lead to a continuous technological evolution. In the "More Moore" direction, CMOS technology continues scaling and reaches deep submicron and nanometer scales. The "More than Moore" direction introduces new technologies based on emerging devices, emerging architectures and emerging memories. This special session deals with the security challenges and opportunities that arise from the use of these emerging technologies. It consists of one talk in each domain: devices, architectures and memories.
